Getting Your Home Ready for the Market

We love coming to your home and getting a tour of what you’re going to be selling! It’s important for us to make sure you know what potential buyers will notice and say about the property. We also like to make sure you are aware of any issues that could arise during an inspection or an appraisal. We’ll guide you through any necessary changes that could add value to the property and that will get it sold as quickly as possible.

 

Presentation: Online and In-Person

Once the house is ready to hit the market we will have our professional photographers & videographers do their magic. We all know first impressions are important, especially in today’s fast-moving market. We spare no expense when it comes to making sure your property is shown in it’s best light. Utilizing both local and national resources, we make sure your home receives the exposure it deserves.

Contracts, Negotiations & Closing

After some private showings and/or open houses, we start receiving offers. At that time, we’ll sit down together and review them with you. Negotiations are our strong suit and we’ll get you into a contract that works best for needs and goals.

Once you’re under contract our admin department will ensure the rest of the transaction goes smoothly. Next stop: the closing table!
